We're a family-owned-and-operated investment firm, and we're all about discovering underperforming properties with tons of potential and giving them a glow-up. Over the last 8 years we have worked our magic with both money (capital) and some good old elbow grease (operational improvements) to make these places shine.
Why Boutique Hotels
We are ready to pivot our strategy. Short term rental markets have become saturated and regulations are tightening, making it more difficult to create revenue. This opens up opportunities for boutique hotels. They're all about using their size to their advantage, and they thrive in this tighter regulation environment.
Our Approach
We focus on underperforming properties in attractive areas with high tourism. We are able to create more revenue by streamlining management to reduce overhead costs, utilizing units that may have gone ignored, and leveraging social media, direct booking websites, and short term rental platforms to drive traffic to book our properties. Currently our target property is a 5 to 30 unit, $2M to $7M asset that requires a ~$500k capital injection.
About us
We have almost a decade of experience with short term rentals and multifamily apartments. We began hosting in 2015 and our passion grew from there. Now, almost 10 years in, we have over 1000 guest reviews and a longstanding tenure as Airbnb Superhosts.
The markets we are in are: Joshua Tree, Big Bear, San Diego, and Asheville
