What’s Included in the Small Wedding Package:

• Use of property for an on-site ceremony and/or reception for up to 30 people

• White tables and chairs provided (up to 30)

• Use of outdoor space and lawn games

• Ample indoor space for preparation, lounging, and group meals

Guidelines & Important Info

• • Quiet hours begin at 9pm – Please plan your celebration to wrap up by then.

  • Only registered overnight guests may use the hot tub.

  • Outside vendors (caterers, florists, etc.) are welcome but must bring their own plates, utensils, servingware, and take everything with them afterward. Please note: our kitchen includes a standard-sized dishwasher and is not equipped to handle clean-up for large-scale events.

• Guests are responsible for setup and teardown of all tables and chairs.

• Pets are welcome with a fee—let us know in advance if your four-legged family member is part of your day.

Pricing

Wedding Package Fee: $1000
This fee is in addition to your nightly rental cost and helps us cover the added use of outdoor amenities, event wear and tear, and extra property preparation. Tables and chairs for up to 30 are included.
